The death of Charlie Kirk has deeply affected people across the nation and around the world. He was a man unafraid to stand boldly for his faith in God and speak with conviction about what he believed. While opinions about life and faith may differ, today is a moment to pause and honor his life.
Charlie Kirk stood firmly on his faith in Jesus Christ. Though he is no longer with us, his legacy remains—gone but not forgotten. Like countless others whose lives have been tragically cut short by violence, his passing reminds us that every life matters, regardless of background, color, or creed.
There will always be questions and opinions about why such tragedies occur. Yet Charlie’s passing is a stark reminder of the stakes at hand. He confronted difficult issues head-on, addressing truths on campuses across the nation—truths that many of us discuss only from the comfort of our homes.
Race is not the issue here. When a life is lost, a family is left grieving, and that is always a tragedy.
In remembering Charlie Kirk—and the many others affected by senseless violence—we are reminded of a deeper truth: our nation is in need of healing. Just as Charlie boldly stood for his faith and convictions, we too are called to turn to Jesus Christ. In repentance and faith, there is hope for restoration—not only for individuals, but for the very fabric of our nation.
May we honor Charlie Kirk by remembering courage, conviction, and faith. And may we collectively seek the healing and reconciliation that only God can bring.
In His Master’s Service,
Jesus Is Lord
