1. What is Life Eternal Ministry International Inc.?

We are a Spirit-led, Fivefold equipping and leadership development ministry called to raise biblically grounded, spiritually mature, and legally prepared leaders. Our focus is not just on church growth but on whole-life transformation starting with the individual leader, family, and community.

 

2. Who do you serve?

We serve:

• Those called to the Fivefold Offices (Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor, Teacher)

• Leaders in Supporting Offices (Bishops, Deacons, Missionaries)

• Ministry of Helps roles (e.g., intercessors, worship leaders, hospitality, media, and administration)

• Emerging ministers, church planters, and credentialed leaders in need of mentorship, oversight, or restoration

4. What makes your training different?

Our program integrates biblical teaching, practical leadership skills, and legal accountability. We are committed to developing healthy leaders who lead others well spiritually, emotionally, and structurally.

 

5. What does the training process look like?

We offer a 3-tiered Leadership Development Track:

• Foundations Level - Identity, faith, and biblical leadership

• Formation Level - Ministry ethics, team management, conflict resolution

• Commissioning Level - Apostolic leadership, global missions, strategic execution
  Each track includes reading assignments, spiritual mentorship, assessments, and certification.
   

 

6. How does credentialing work?

Upon completing leadership training, candidates undergo:

• A background screening

• Doctrinal interview

• Ministry evaluation

• Public commissioning and credentialing service
   

 

7. What is Apostolic Oversight?

Our oversight includes spiritual covering, doctrinal alignment, and structural consultation for leaders and churches who align with our mission and values. We walk in covenant partnership not control. Helping ministries grow in health and effectiveness.
