Our Story & Leadership

Founded on divine revelation and shaped by lived experience, for Apostle Ronique Young this journey began during an intimate time of prayer and reflection, the Lord spoke clearly:

“If you have a healthy-minded man, you will have a healthy-minded husband. If you have a healthy-minded woman, you will have a healthy-minded wife. Then you will have healthy marriages, healthy children, a healthy community, and a healthy church.”

This transformative revelation became the seed of what would grow into a movement focused on wholeness, accountability, and the true heart of leadership. In 2017, God confirmed this calling with a foundational scripture John 17:3 (NKJV):

“And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.”

This became the cornerstone of Life Eternal Ministry International’s mission: to lead others into an authentic and transformative relationship with the Father through the Son, and to build Kingdom leaders who are biblically grounded, spiritually mature, and emotionally whole.

 

Apostle Ronique P. Young

Apostle Ronique P. Young is a visionary leader, teacher, and technologist whose life is devoted to building spiritually strong individuals, families, and ministries. He is the Founder of Life Eternal Ministry International Inc., a Fivefold Ministry organization dedicated to equipping leaders to serve biblically, spiritually, and healthily.

 

In 2024, Apostle Ronique graduated from Colorado Technical University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Network Management, further equipping him to merge faith with innovation. He is also the visionary of The Young Tech, an initiative focused on empowering the next generation through technology and leadership development.

Ronique has a teacher’s heart and a deep desire for people to come to know Jesus Christ not just through words, but through transformation. His journey of healing, accountability, and understanding his identity as a son of God has shaped him into a stronger husband, father, and Kingdom leader.

Apostle Ronique believes that healthy men produce healthy homes, and healthy homes build healthy churches and communities. He lives and leads with the conviction that wholeness is the foundation for lasting impact.

Prophetess Monique K. Young

Prophetess Monique K. Young is a Spirit-led, biblically grounded leader committed to equipping Kingdom ambassadors through prayer, sound doctrine, prophetic insight, and strategic leadership training. She is the Co-Founder of Life Eternal Ministry International Inc., where she and her husband, Apostle Ronique P. Young, co-labor to raise biblically sound, spiritually mature, and legally structured leaders for Kingdom impact.

Monique is passionate about helping others discover their identity in Christ, walk in their God-given purpose, and lead with integrity. As a certified John Maxwell Leadership Coach, speaker, and author, she has developed tools and teachings that build up individuals, marriages, and ministries. Her written works include 21 Days in His Presence, the Covenant Keepers series, and curriculum for Fivefold Ministry Training.

 

She leads by example balancing her calling with grace and strength as a wife and mother.. Her home is her first ministry, and she believes healthy homes produce healthy communities and leaders.

“I'm not just called to ministry to the nations; I'm called to model it in my home first.”

Monique carries a prophetic mantle marked by wisdom, intercession, and healing. Her vision is rooted in Ephesians 4:11-16 to see leaders restored, equipped, and walking in full maturity to serve biblically, spiritually, and healthily. Alongside her husband, she continues to build a legacy of leadership that empowers families, churches, and communities.

 

A Ministry & Family Rooted in Purpose

Together, Apostle Ronique and Prophetess Monique are raising four incredible children: Bryannah, Jamire, Nathan, and Jonathan, with the same intentionality and love that they pour into their ministry. Their home reflects the values they teach faith, prayer, accountability, and wholeness.
